The Association for Sustainable Agriculture & Food in Poland in Warsaw (00-336), 34/405 Kopernika Street, registered by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under the number 0000509736, NIP: 5783114508, REGON: 281595219 (hereinafter referred to as the “ASSOCIATION”) is aware of the fact that the security of User’s private data obtained while using our intranet service is an important issue. We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. For this reason, we would like you to know what data is stored and what data is not. This privacy statement provides information on the security measures we take.

Collection and processing of personal data

You can use our website without providing your personal data. Providing personal data is not a prerequisite for using our website, except where it may be necessary to provide the requested product or service. Unless otherwise stated in the following sections, the legal basis for handling your personal data lies in the fact that such handling is necessary to enable the website to function properly.

Personal data is collected only when the User provides it during registration, filling in forms, sending e-mails, in orders for products or services, in requests for ordered materials and in similar situations when the User decided to provide such information to the ASSOCIATION.

The database and its contents remain with the ASSOCIATION and are stored in data processing units or on servers of entities acting on our behalf and responsible to our ASSOCIATION. Your personal data will not be passed on by us or our agents for use in any form by third parties, unless you have given your consent or are required to do so by law.

The ASSOCIATION undertakes to control and takes responsibility for the use of any personal data provided by the User. Some of this data may be stored or processed on computers subject to other laws, such as those of the United States, whose data protection provisions may differ from those of the User. In such cases, it will be ensured that appropriate measures are taken to ensure that the data processor in such country has protection measures equivalent to those applicable in the country of the User.

A. What are cookies?
This website uses so-called “cookies”. Cookies are small text files stored in the memory of your device via your browser. They store certain information (e.g. your preferred language or page settings), which your browser may (depending on how long the cookie is stored) send back to you the next time you visit our website.

When you visit our website, your browser will transfer certain data to our web server. This is done for technical reasons and is necessary to make the required information available. To facilitate access to the website, the following data is collected, used and stored for a short time:

Storage of data

The ASSOCIATION uses technical and organisational security measures to protect User data against manipulation, loss, destruction or access by unauthorised persons. Our security procedures are constantly improved based on new technological developments.
