A farm is surrounded by the local community, neighbours, trading and financial institutions, suppliers, recipients, etc. and contacts with them may determine production and financial success. The production process on a farm is directly influenced by the individuals employed – the workers. The ability to establish good rapport with all of them, which is not easy, is the core of success and sustainability of the agricultural business.
